allows us to build a model of the packaging
or distribution systems to test and de-bug the controls
software off-site, in our office, before
the physical equipment is even installed. As

emulation capability to the process,
packaging, and material handling aspects
of a manufacturing facility. Using
this tool, we can drive the line at peak
loads and test systems at the upper limit

months or years after the completion

Since our emulation
model is an actual representation of
the line, complete with the HMI screens
that the operator will see on the floor,
it also serves as an excellent off-line
training tool, allowing operators to
become familiar with the system in a
non-production environment.
